KLLT: Four-Row Linear Recirculating Ball Bearing and Guideway Assemblies in X-Arrangement
With our new KLLT ball recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies in sizes 15 to 45, we are expanding our portfolio of four-row profile monorail guidance systems for a wide range of applications in the fields of automation, assembly and handling. In terms of design, they are particularly characterized by an X-arrangement of the raceways of the rail and the carriages, which compensates misalignment. In combination with a robust construction, the new KLLT series fulfils the task of a maintenance-friendly ‘all-round ball monorail system’ for applications with lower requirements for accuracy and rigidity.
Product Features
The four-row KLLT recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies are available in six sizes: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 45. Guideways and carriages are interchangeable within accuracy classes G3 and G4 and preload classes V0 and V1 and can therefore be ordered and stocked individually. The maximum length of the single-piece guiding rails is approx. 4000 mm for all sizes. The systems and carriages are delivered with initial lubrication as standard and with a pre-filled lubricant reservoir, making them ready for immediate use. Relubrication is possible in a variety of ways and can be applied from both sides, from the front or from the top. With a wide range of carriage designs, the KLLT series is suitable for dynamic applications with speeds of up to 5 m/s and 75 m/s².
